In the 26th year Kannada film directors Association is muscling up the courage of screen hero in conducting the mega event of three days T20 'Dr Raj Cup' cricket match. Rs.4 crore is expected to be the total money involvement and at least Rs.1.5 crore would reach the KANFIDA kitty is the expectation.
 
Understood from highly placed sources the sale of two sites - one bought from director Sai Prakash and another one would give nothing less than Rs.40 lakhs to the coffers of KANFIDA. To that amount amount the proceeds of three days Dr Raj cup would enable KANFIDA to have its own building. In the new building it is setting up a preview theatre, office, library, discussion room etc.
 
As for as the thre days Dr Raj Cup is concerned 750 persons are traveling in 30 volvo buses. The posh arrangements are made. The Dr Raj Cup and runner up cup would cost Rs.3 lakhs and above. There will be silver medals for 150 persons. Best Batsman, bowler, man of the series - all in the international standards the event will be held.
 
Within a month of of this mega Dr Raj Cup - KANFIDA is organising its 26th annual function and honor the top director of this country.
